What stays locally
Your profile, initial estimates, goals, reasons, food/drink entries, reflections, craving-pause sessions, lesson progress, notes, language and reminder settings are stored on this device. No account is required. The developer does not operate a server receiving your journal.

No advertising or tracking SDKs
The app has no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK or advertising tracking. We do not collect or sell your journal through a developer backend. There is no AI food recognition or sending journal entries to an AI service.

Sharing & retention
Export includes records in the current personal or sample space. You choose a recipient via the system share sheet; their policies apply. JSON may contain private notes and is not an encrypted or restorable archive. Entries can be deleted in the app. Uninstalling may delete app data; we have no server copy to recover. Exported copies must be removed from their saved locations separately. Apple device backups depend on system settings.

Apple & notifications
Apple processes payments and restoration through StoreKit. The app reads products, introductory-offer eligibility and verified subscription status to grant Plus; we do not receive full payment-card information. Apple handles its account and transaction data under its policies. Optional reminders require notification permission and run locally, without a developer push server.

Email & website privacy
Emailing contact@qingyuanzitech.com sends your address and chosen information to us for handling your request. This static site has no forms, advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting may process IP addresses, browser details and access logs, and set security or anti-bot cookies. This is separate from the app journal. Contact us about information you sent; we cannot remotely access or erase local records. Policy changes will be posted with an updated date.
